The Cape Chamber Music Collective and Kirby Quartet are honoured to have been invited to present the last concert in their folk-inspired string quartet series at the Hermanus Music Society. In a programme contrasting Shostakovich’s beloved String Quartet No. 3 with interlocking selections from Dvorak’s Cypresses and the Danish String Quartet’s unique arrangements of Nordic folk tunes, Cape Town’s premiere young string quartet is sure to delight concertgoers.
